Reschedule a delivery

Were you absent or unavailable when the delivery driver attempted to deliver your package to your home?

No problem, if your e-retailer has chosen this option for you, Colis Privé allows you to reschedule your delivery.

If your e-retailer does not offer this option, you can then collect your package directly from the nearest relay point where our driver has deposited it.

All information regarding your package is available on the delivery notice left by the driver and through the notification you received by email or SMS.

Please note: you have 10 working days to reschedule your delivery and 8 days to collect your package from the relay point. After this period, your order will automatically be returned to the e-retailer.

What options are available to you?

Colis Privé offers you several options. You can:

Have your package delivered to your home

On the date of your choice, between noon and 9 p.m.

Have your package delivered to a neighbour relay

On the date of your choice, between noon and 9 p.m.

Please note, if you choose to have your order delivered to a trusted person, their address must have the same postcode.

Have your order delivered to a partner collection point.

Pickup point close to you.

What options are available to you?

To reschedule your delivery, it's quick and easy:

Go to the homepage of our website and enter your parcel number and postcode.

You will be redirected to the delivery history of your order. On the same page, click on Schedule a Delivery Date.

You can then reschedule your delivery by choosing from the options provided by Colis Privé. Next, click “next” and complete the requested information.
