At Colis Privé, we know that a quality delivery service relies on more than just deadlines : it relies on a relationship of trust with our delivery partners.
To better understand their needs, we conducted a satisfaction survey in early 2024 with our Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
Objective: to listen to their feedback, evaluate what works, and identify areas for improvement.
An encouraging level of satisfaction
The results were generally positive. Our partners praised the quality of our support systems:
· 70% said they are satisfied with the tools provided
· 76% are satisfied with the training received
· 83% appreciate the support from local agencies
This recognition reinforces our belief: supporting our partners well means delivering better to our customers.
What we’re putting in place
In 2025, several concrete measures will be introduced: access to e-learning training, the launch of a personalized dashboard, and easier access to logistics equipment at negotiated prices.
In 2026, a new mobile tool will allow drivers to manage their routes, track deliveries in real time, and optimize their activities directly from a PDA or smartphone.
Safety and environmental transition: a shared dynamic
The survey also revealed strong commitment on the ground: 55% of drivers are considering switching to an electric vehicle.
These figures show that our partners share our vision for more responsible, sustainable logistics , better equipped for the future.
A relationship of trust to strengthen every day
This feedback confirms that logistics performance relies on dialogue, training, and tools designed for the field.
