What are the maximum dimensions for a parcel?
For home or collection point delivery, the maximum dimensions are:
• Length + width + height: 150cm
• Longest side dimension: up to 100cm
For delivery to lockers, the maximum dimensions are:
64cm x 38cm x 39cm
What is the maximum weight of a parcel?
• For home delivery, the maximum weight of a parcel is 30kg.
• For delivery to lockers and collection points, the maximum weight of a parcel is 20kg.
Is it possible to send large parcels?
Our solutions include formats up to 150 cm (L+W+H) for home delivery. For larger parcels, you can benefit from our advice on how to optimise the volumetric weight of your parcels. Contact us now
What goods are excluded from transport?
As a matter of principle, all dangerous goods that fall under the ADR agreement are prohibited from transport by Colis Privé.
