An eco-designed building

The tour Mirabeau is connected to the Thassalia seawater loop, which uses marine thermal energy to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 70%. The building is certified “HQE An eco-designed building” at the “Excellent” level and holds a BREEAM “Very Good” rating, highlighting its excellence in sustainability.

The building’s envelope was designed bioclimatically to reduce energy consumption by 40%.
